The atmosphere of the competition completely captivated Veronika Varga, who, as an enthusiastic partner, dragged one of her guests, Virág Kővári-Varga, into the fun and the racing world.

That’s where this whole little journey began.

In the summer of 2023, four of us traveled to Rimini, joined by Virág’s husband, Zoltán Kővári, who also got fired up about HYROX. We were checking dates, looking for where we could shave off some time and put in a better performance, eventually setting Warsaw as our next goal.

Two more people joined the team there (Péter Takács, Attila Pap), and we saw that this was something good.

The competition has a real team-building, community power. People motivate each other, competing a little bit at times, but pushing their own limits in their daily lives to bring their best selves to the race.

We thought we just had to introduce this to more people and find a space where they could train under the best conditions. So we started looking at locations and found this 700m2 little miracle with great potential. Virág and Zoli’s background in construction sped up every part of the building process. Day by day, we felt the opening getting closer (even though many didn’t believe in it), and by mid-December 2023, we were already up and running.

A podcast was made with Virág and Domi about HYROX, the gym opening, and a few other interesting things; if you’re curious, you can check it out here- https://youtu.be/adZWVLoJSNU?si=se2ATOUupROCA4Ws . 🙂

Our Trainers

You are in the best possible hands.

Our Story: In 2022, Domi Dézsi competed in a Hyrox race for the first time in Vienna.
